دستگاه 11-3454 محصولی از شرکت هیوکی (Hioki) است که با عنوان مگا اهم‌متر یا تستر کابل در بازار شناخته می‌شود. این تستر دیجیتالی قابلیت اندازه‌گیری مقادیر ولتاژ، جریان و مقاومت بسیار پایین را دارد. این محصول با داشتن امکان تخلیه‌ی مسیر از ولتاژ به صورت خودکار، امکان آسیب رساندن به کابل یا مدار را کاهش می‌دهد. این محصول شرکا هیوکی در یک قاب پلاستیکی محکم قرار گرفته که درب آن به صورت کشویی به زیر دستگاه متصل می‌شود تا کاربر بتواند به‌راحتی از دستگاه استفاده کند.
