ارت سنج کلمپی مدل ۴۲۰۰ دستگاهی جهت اندازه گیری انواع مقاومت سیستم ارتینگ چندگانه است که مطابق با استاندارهای روز دنیا می باشد.
به وسیله این دستگاه میتوان بدون فرو کردن میله به زمین ، میزان مقاومت را اندازه گیری کرد.
